Jung encourages us to make of our life something creative. We will explore what that might look like. What would be asked of us? What are the hallmarks and examples of such a life? How can creativity in life be nurtured?

"For This was I Born: Discernment, Call, Service"
How may we distinguish the voice of the Self from the cacophony of voices within? What are its hallmarks? Why do we feel so alive when we respond to that which lies deepest within? Where do we find the strength and perseverance to serve and actualize the Self when the call we discern runs counter to dominant cultural values? We will explore these questions and engage with examples of seeking, living, and “doing the Self” in everyday life.

"Discerning our Path"
In this experiential seminar following the lecture, “For This was I Born,” we will seek individually to discover the thread running through our life. We will reflect on moments of intense experience, whether joyful or painful, and explore what qualities and actions they called forth in us. We will examine how these experiences were forerunners pointing us toward our path, meaning, and purpose. We will listen for the call of the Self and inquire how we may respond creatively to what is being asked of us.
